Shame On You, James Earl Carter!

I am absolutely insulted by James Earl Carter (insult intended) for accusing me of racism!! I LOVE black people! I would have LOVED to have Condoleeza Rice or Clarence Thomas or Thomas Soule or J.C. Watts be my president! Barack Hussein Obama isn’t wrong because he’s BLACK! He’s wrong because he’s WRONG! Shame on you, James Earl Carter!

And why do you keep reminding me that he’s black, anyway?!  I’m out here living my life each day as colorblind as I possibly can be, and there you are in your cloistered conference room accusing me of something that you know nothing about!   Shame on you!

I don’t judge people by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character, as a great man once admonished.  Why are you so focused on reminding me of Barack’s skin color?  Are you covering for some embarassment from YOUR past?  I know that you hate the name “James Earl…” because of it’s association with “James Earl Ray,” the executioner of Martin Luther King, Jr.  That’s understandable.  But accusing the rest of the world of racism isn’t the way to deal with your own past!  Reparations are a bad thing, whatever form they may take.  Shame on you, James Earl Carter!
